Bat Standards
All bats for age divisions 14U and younger must be permanently stamped with the new USSSA 1.15 BPF Mark, or BBCOR.50 Certified Mark or made of wood and manufactured by a licensed USSSA manufacturer.

SPORTSMANSHIP
GOOD sportsmanship is expected by players, coaches and fans at all times. Razzing, heckling, chanting, or making rude remarks towards opponents is strictly prohibited. Unruly coaches, fans or players can be removed from the park for the duration of the game. Any Coach, Player or fan using loud OBSCENE LANGUAGE WILL BE EJECTED FROM THE GAME if sever enough they will also have to sit out the following game. Each Park and or Tournament Director has the right to ban Boom Boxes or any loud noise makers.
ANY COACH OR FAN THAT IS CONSISTENTLY EJECTED FROM THE GAME CAN BE SUSPENDED UP TO 1 FULL SEASON
Coaches on the Field (Offense/Defense)
While batting or playing defense, any coach outside the dugout (other than base coaches) MUST STAY within arms distance to the dugout fence door.
Dugouts
Dugouts must consist of players and manager/coaches only. If an individual is not a coach, they must be 18 years or older and providing team assistance. A bat boy/girl is allowed, but must wear a helmet at all times during the game. This is a rule passed down from National USSSA due to safety/insurance concerns.

COACH
PITCH RULES
ANY The Coach can pitch anywhere from the front of the Safety Arc
set at 30 feet in a straight line with home plate to the Pitching
Circle set at 42 feet, also the Coach must straddle or stand on
the line. The Coach can either stand or kneel and either throw over-hand
or under-hand

DOUBLE
BOOKING
ANY TEAMS THAT DOUBLE BOOKS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR BOTH ENTRY FEES
AND WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY UNTIL THEY ARE PAID. YOU MUST EMAIL
THE DIRECTOR AND REMOVE YOUR TEAM BEFORE ENTERING ANOTHER. YOU WILL
BE CONSIDERED DOUBLE BOOKED IF YOU ARE IN MORE THEN ONE EVENT PRIOR
TO 11:59 PM ON THE MONDAY BEFORE THE EVENT

REFUND
POLICY
If you have paid your tournament entry fee and the tournament
is canceled due to weather or lack of teams, you will receive
a FULL refund.
If you pull out of the tournament after the Monday prior to the
start of event or you are a "no show" you will receive
NO refund. Also if you are not paid, You will not be allowed to
play in another tournament until the FULL entry fee is paid.

RAIN
OUT REFUND POLICY
If a TEAM has played:
NO games - FULL REFUND
ONE game - HALF REFUND
TWO games or more - NO REFUND

FORFEITS
The score for ages 12 and below will be 6-0 The score for ages 13
and above will be 7-0. Any intentional forfeits, the team will be
placed last and not allowed to move to bracket play.

SCORE
BOOK / SCORE BOARD
The HOME team is responsible for the Scorebook. The VISITOR team
will be responsible for the Scoreboard.
COACHES are responsible
for checking the score at the end of each inning.
